1. Right of withdrawal
The ride is a leisure service tied to a specific date and time. Under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(l)), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such services.
Our cancellation terms below apply instead.
2. Cancellation by the customer
If you cancel at least 24 hours before departure, we offer a free change to another time slot or a full refund.
For cancellations within 24 hours of departure a refund is generally not possible, but do contact us — we will try to find a suitable slot.
3. Cancellation by us
Due to adverse weather or safety conditions, or an insufficient number of passengers, we may cancel or reschedule a ride. In that case we offer a change to another time slot or a full refund, at your choice.
4. No-show
If you do not arrive at the departure point on time and have not cancelled beforehand, the booking is treated as used and no refund is possible.
5. Refunds
An approved refund is issued to the same card used for payment, through CorvusPay. The amount appears on your statement within your bank's usual timeframe (typically a few business days).
